It’s a diamond– you’re pretty much not going to hurt it unless your bed is also made of diamonds!

I take my ring off a lot. Some weekends I don’t even wear it if I never “get ready” to go somewhere. I NEVER sleep with it on, it’s so uncomfortable to do that, I don’t shower or anything else with it on either. I DO put lotion on with it, and wash my hands and just try to be careful because when I first got it I would take it off fo lotion and one time I dropped it on a dark bar floor. OOPS

Ehh, I definitely take it off for the messy stuff, shower/bath (don’t need it going down the drain) and I usually remember to take it off before bed.

I don’t bother to take it off for minor cleaning or doing cardio at home or anything though. And I just don’t use hand lotion so that doesn’t come up. But if I did, that sounds messy so I’d probably take it off. I wear it about 98% of my waking life, probably.

    Me!

The only thing I’ve ever taken it off for is to dye my hair, because I was afraid it’d rip the cheap plastic gloves.

I take mine off for all the same reasons.  I don’t wear a lot of jewelry, and although I wouldn’t be caught dead without them on outside of my house, it’s just more comfy to take them off when all I’m doing is lying around the house.

Plus I’m a clutz and would probably stab my Darling Husband with it in my sleep with it.

I take mine off when I am putting on hand lotion or when I get a manicure. Otherwise I pretty much leave it on at all times.

Sometimes I have it on and sometimes I don’t. I don’t like to do things that are a danger to it  like shower or wash the dishes since our drain is broken, so I frequently forget to put it back on afterward

I take mine off the same as you (sleep, shower, cooking, cleaning, etc.) My diamond sits high and I have made the mistake of sleeping in it before and scratching my face, so now I am sure to take them off every night.

I do sleep with mine on, but I take it off when showering, cleaning, putting on lotions/hair products/etc., but that’s mostly because it sits up pretty high and gets in the way as much as it is that I don’t want crap in my ring. There are a lot of places for gunk to hang out.

I sleep with it on but take it off to shower or wash my face. My face soap has little sand beads in it so they clog up the ring.

Granted, I have a smaller sized ring so I can honestly go about my day and not really notice it, but I don’t really take mine off ever. Recently, I bought some jewelery cleaner and I like putting my ring in it while I’m showering, but I forget to do that a lot, lol.

I think the only time I consciously take it off is baking with flour. That gets messy, lol.

I dont even keep my ring on when loading the dishwasher.  If I am doing any cleaning it comes off.

I would never take my ring off because I AM paranoid- of losing it!
