My Fiance and I barely have any family. My mom wants to have my bridal shower at a restaurant but doesn’t want to do that anymore since I only think about 10-12 people will show up. For some reason she has it in her mind that they won’t allow us to be there! I didn’t know they refused to serve people at a restaurant if you didn’t have a large group! Lol. I don’t know where she comes up with these ideas sometimes but she does and will not listen to anybody! It’s really made me not want to even have a shower. How many guest did you guys have and where did you have it? I would actually prefer a small get together at my house as after four years, most people still have not seen my house and I think having a tiny shower at a restaurant is kind of embarassing.

I’m having two smaller ones – I don’t know the guest list size for sure because the hosts haven’t told me, but I’d guess the will both be 10 to 12 people each. One is being hosted at a golf club restaurant, but we originally thought it was going to be a little larger. The other is at a church.
Your mom may think that because a lot of times they won’t rent out a private room without a minimum spend. You can hit that by having more people or by spending more per person. That’s the case at the golf club, I believe.

A restaurant will take any number of people, that’s just not right thinking. Haven’t had my shower yert buy it is going to be a tea party at my nanas. It will be at least 10 and up to 35.

We are having 15 people at the hostess house. Wow now I feel like I don’t have friends because I don’t have many people coming to my shower.

I am inviting about 60-70. Doing it in a smaller room at the banquet hall where we are having our reception for our wedding.
