We are having a wedding with about 200 guests. We are going to be doing a cake table where we have one small professional cake and then a bunch of other cakes made by family members. Since in wedding cake land the cost seems to be based on the number of guests being served, how big should we make this pro cake? I want it big enough to have three tiers but it in no way needs to feed everyone. Any guess as to how many people we should tell the baker?
