I am in the process of budgeting our my ceremony, and I am curious about some things such as how many ceremony programs and fans should I buy?
I am having a summer wedding and only 61 guests – Mainly couples (saved for three people who are single.)
Should I buy fans for every guest? Man, woman and child? And should I place ceremony programs on every chair? Should everyone get a program? What is the typical etiquette? What did you do for your wedding?

@JoJoDahling: I’m not sure what proper etiquette is, but I having 50-60 guests, and I am having 60 programs, but they will be placed in a program box so guests can take one if they choose to.
edited to add: we aren’t having any children guests, so I’m not sure about that part.. If we did have a lot of child guests, I don’t think I would include programs for them.

Generally, some people will share their programs. I would get a few less than your guest count. With the fans everyone will probably their own. Count up all the guests (minus the bridal party) and print that number.
