Total guess- 1 doz.

I DIYed by bouquets and I practiced a couple of times.  So I say run and out and buy yourself some baby’s breath!

1 bunch (from a florist) would be more than enough.  It is called "million star" baby’s breath.  The heads are smaller and fuller than typical bb, and much more sturdy.  A bunch is usually about 10 stems, but varies as it is measured by weight.  The bunches are only about $15, so it may be worth it to purchase from your florist and give it a run through once or twice.

If you’re going to DIY, I would get a couple bunches, maybe in real life you’d prefer it larger.  Better to buy too many than not enough!

depends on the floral provider, if it’s from a grocery store, go with a couple bunches.  they’re so cheap that it’s worth buying a little more to be sure.  plus a fuller one of these bouquets looks fantastic!

I talked to a flourist about doing this.  She said to use "party time" baby’s breath.

Good luck!
