10+ times for sure. We live together, and whenever one needs to go somewhere we usually go together. Even when we are apart during weekdays/work, we both have a Google Chat window up and chat occasionally during the day. I don’t know if it’s clingy but he’s definitely my best friend and love that we can talk for hours about nothing.

I don’t think its clingy? We live together so why wouldn’t we talk? LOL Although, we do text during the day while at work too.

@MrsMagillToBe:  This is going to take some counting… We talk when we wake up, obviously. He texts me at some point between leaving home & walking into work & I text back. We email/facebook/text/tweet at least 5 times during the work day. He texts when he’s leaving work and I text when I’m on my way home. We talk all evening. So it has to be somewhere upwards of 8 times a day. However, I think in our 7 month relationship, we’ve spoken on the phone maybe 5 times total. LOL We’re just not phone people.

I don’t think it’s clingy at all that anyone talks to or texts their SO multiple times a day. I wish we could but our jobs do not allow it:( I am a teacher and not allowed to have my phone on me except during my prep, which is at the end of the day when Darling Husband is getting off anyway. Usually one of us will send a quick Have a good day or I love you text sometime during the day, and each of us will reply. He works in a hospital and doesn’t have the best cell service either. I always call right when I get off work and he is either just getting home, or on his way there. Starting tomorrow he will be working a completely opposite shift than me (I work 8-3:30 and he used to work 6:30-2:30 but it will now be 2-10) so I am so sad. Newlyweds shouldn’t work opposite work schedules:( But we will make it work

We live together, so we talk all the time. We wake up at the same time, get home from work about the same time and go to bed at the same time. However, we can’t talk when we’re at work–he’s military and I’m a teacher. He does a courtesy call or text when he is leaving work though.

I am a Stay-At-Home Mom, Husband can work 10+ hour shifts. We only send a couple texts (sometimes random thoughts or if I need him to pick up something), I don’t really keep count. We talk to each other when we are at home.

We live and work together. I’m only part time though.

He comes home for lunch and a couple of times during the day (we live on site). We talk on the phone maybe a couple of times a day. I try not to text him when he’s at work.

We spend a lot of time together. It’s not unusual for us to spend all day together 3 or 4 days a week. Sometimes more sometimes less. I don’t really need to call him or text often, he’s almost always within 5 minutes of our house.

We live together, I work from home, and he doesn’t work, so… all the time.

Voted for 10+ during the day. We both travel overseas for work a fair bit, and it’s important to stay connected.

We talk to each other a lot through text. Dozens on an average day, but we’re also in a semi-LDR. Sometimes we talk on the phone, like once a week, but our service providers don’t play nice. I get to see him on weekends and when he is here we’re attached at the hip.

We’re very close, but make no mistake if we don’t get alone time away from each other we’ll be very snippy with each other.
