(Closed) How many votives per table?

I have tables that seat ten and my coordinator suggested five votives.

just wanted to say thanks for sharing your pro’s opinion….i was thinking 5 too.

 this has been on my mind for the past couple of days…..

It depends on the look you want.  We’re doing low centerpieces on 8-10 seater round tables in a tent, and our florist insisted that 5 was the minimum and 9 votives would be his ideal to really fill the tent with romantic candlelight, especially since we’re relying on candles to set a lot of the mood in the tent.  Our votives will be clear glass though.  So, it depends on the look you want, but I would consider upping the number.  If you don’t want to decorate that many votives, you could do a mix of clear, no ribbon votives and votives with ribbon.
