Well if we’re not counting the ones we went to when we were younger I’ve been to 2 since I was 18.

Since 2006, I think I have been to around 35 weddings.

My husband has been to most of those with me. Poor guy, he didn’t know when he started dating me that “wedding date” was in the job title!

I approximated 10-15.. I went to 4 last year alone. This year is not as busy so far, only going to 2 but I am a bridesmaid at one of them.

Now that I think of it though it’s likely closer to the 15-20 mark. I voted too quickly! Haha

I’ve only been to about five. And four of those were just the reception. Where I am from, most people are LDS and the marriage ceremony often takes place in the temple where guests are not allowed. So, Ive really only seen like one full wedding. Weird! lol.

None!  =)  But technically, my wedding will be the third because 2 family members decided to get hitched from the time we got engaged to the time we’re getting married!

My sisters, my cousins, and one friend. A couple as a child that I only remember vaguely. So only 3 as an adult. I’ve been invited to a couple others back east but haven’t been able to go.

I think a lot of it is cultural, your personality, and based on your friends/family group. For example, if you were in a close knit sorority in college, are in the upper/high middle class, and you’re really outgoing, you’re probably going to go to a ton of weddings.

If you commuted to college and only had a few close friends, are kind of introverted, and are lower middle class you’re probably not gonna go to many. You know?

yea, 25+ is a ton though! That must get really expensive buying gifts.

    I come from a large Catholic wedding. I don’t remember a year we didn’t have a wedding.

I can’t remember exactly how many I’ve been to, I think it has been around 15, but I was also overseas for four years and missed at least seven weddings in that time that I would have gone to, had I not been so far away.

I lucked out as I do have a huge family but I’m one of the youngest on both sides so nearly all of my cousins married when I was under 18.  Most of the adult weddings I’ve been to have been friends’ weddings.
