Mr TTR & I love wine, so I can probably point you in the right direction (we both have some courses Pre-Sommelier Certificate under our belt… and Mr TTR is a huge Wine Snob)

Anyhow… more info is needed to give you the best info…

What time is the Reception (ie Wedding at 1, Reception at 2) and for how many hours will it run.  AND what if any food are you serving…

These all play a role in regards to types of wine, but also quantity.

As a general rule of thumb you want as a MINIMUM 3 Wines for most American situations…

A light Rose – White Zinfandel is HUGE in the USA

A light crisp White – such as a Sauvignon Blanc

And a Medium Red – such as a Merlot

Then if you are serving Wedding Cake… you’ll want probably something bubbly to toast with… be that French Champagne… or a European equivalent… Cava, Prosecco or a New World knock-off… American, Canadian or Australian Sparkling.

So 3 Wines & 1 Bubbly Minimum

After I read your menu… I’ll come back and give some more ideas if required (food may dictate an additional varietal in the Reds & Whites)… and also help we wager how many bottles you’ll need based on the other info I’ve asked for above

Looking forward to your reply…

I’m off to bed now… will check back tomorrow.
