(Closed) How many would fit at each table?

I’m terrible at math so I’ll spare you my answer as it will probably be wrong! Wink  But, to help everyone else answer you…. do you know the width of the chairs you will be using?

So, an 8-foot table would comfortably sit 6 – one on each end and two on the longer sides. With narrow chairs, you can fit 8 people at this size table, but that’s never my preference, especially the way the table legs are… it’s often not comfortable.

60″ banquet rounds sit 8 comfortably, and some places squeeze 10 people at them, but I personally hate that.

Again, I always prefer to give people more room, particularly when there is a lot to the place setting (multiple forks, multiple glasses, etc.)

@Statutory Grape: I agree with hippo. My dining room table is 6 feet long and it would be hard to sit more than five or six at it unless the chairs were super tiny.
