We’re not getting married until June 2014, so we still have a while, but we are planning on going off the pill after the honeymoon and just letting nature take its course, so I said ~1 year.

I’ll be young when we marry (though he’s 8 years older and at a good baby age). I’ll be 21, closeish to 22. I imagine we’ll wait about 5 years. Enjoy married life, save up money, settle into a house, etc. Then babies!

4-5 years. I got married at 26 and we’ll probably try after I turn 30. We’d like to be established in our house, I’m going to school and we’d both like to travel/focus on our careers.

I told him I wouldn’t even really talk to him about it until our 2nd anniversary, lol. Every “older” adult’s advice to us has been to be married at least 2-3 years and enjoy that newlywed time being a couple without kids. We’ll both be around 25 when we get married, we definitely want our first kid before 30, so I figure if we start trying after 2 or 3 years, we’ll be around 28 or 29ish by the time the first is born.

We’re looking at 2 years. We want to travel and save up a bit first, but we also don’t want to to wait too long. I’m 29 and he’s 26, and while its not a huge age gap, I don’t want to wait until my mid to late 30’s before conceiving.

We’ll have been married about a year and a half when LO arrives.

ETA: We’ll have been together nearly 7 years at that point so we’re pretty settled and didn’t think it necessary to wait longer. ๐Ÿ™‚

We got married this past February and will be TTC at the end of July, so about 1 1/2 years after the wedding we are TTC. Then obviously another 9 months till actual baby arrival.

We were planning to get pregnant after being married about a year, but then I got pregnant after being married a few months. It wasn’t planned, but we’re happy!
