(Closed) How much alcohol for open/non-tended bar?

I don’t have a good answer, but it might be a good idea to hire someone to watch over the table that can cut people off if they get too rowdy. I can see this situation getting pretty out of control pretty quickly. 

I think caterers estimate 2 drinks pp the first hour and 1 drink every subsequent hour.
