I want my Fiance to love his ring. I also dont want to go broke trying to afford it, and I really dont want to finance it! So, I saw this site from another bee customtungsten.com and I can get it made for way less than any jewelry store! I already talked to one of the owners about the ring and he said they could do it. My Fiance is on board with it I think. He likes the idea of getting his ring custom made and no one ever having the same ring as him. one of a kind! But I dont want him to feel like im pushing him to get this ring cause I dont want to go broke. A previous ring he picked out was $469, another was $1220, this ring with all the customization will be $89 MAX!

Since Fiance laid out a pretty penny for my ring, I’m going with whatever he chooses. He likes a traditional, plain, platinum band. That, unsurprisingly, is in the highest price category of the poll. I don’t care, though, because it’s still several times cheaper than my engagement ring. My wedding band will be identical to his, although narrower, so it’s actually cheaper than his! Which, from what I can tell, is unusual here on the ‘Bee.

My FI’s ring was $70 and had free shipping! It’s a tungsten band and he loves it!

My FH bought the wedding bands when he bought the e-ring. While I of course wanted him to pick out whatever he liked, he picked out a $3.7K diamond band for himself. WTH! I told him I should have it paid off by the time we get married.

my Darling Husband wanted a black tungston ring. i originally wanted him to have white gold. the tungston was a lot cheaper and it’s what he wanted so we went with that. it cost a little less than $200.

We paid about $300 for FI’s. I honestly thought it would be less but since we can afford it and we spent quite a bit more on my rings I thought he should get exactly what he wanted.

@jesssamesssa: My Fiance got his tungsten ring for like $17 off of Amazon. It’s what he wanted!

As of right now; I think I might go with a Tungsten from Amazon. Super duper cheap with great reviews. My Fiance is rough on this things and I fear that if I get him an expensive ring, it will just get ruined. At least if something happens to the one he does have, it can be easily replaced. I’m already thinking of doing some kind of memorial for the fallen rings I’m sure are in his future LOL.

He wants a simple band so we’re probably getting a tungsten. Either way it will be under $200.

I tried to stress to him that since my ring was so expensive that he is entitled to a really nice ring as well. He didn’t buy it – I guess gold isn’t manly enough, so we went with tungsten. Not exactly a precious metal, so it came in at $99.
Poor guy. $99 ring and $40 tux rental, whereas my ring and my dress…. yeah. I feel really materialistic now, lol.

Do you have a Sam’s Club near you? If so, go to their jewelry counter and ask them to show you the catalog they have behind the counter (the rings in the cases aren’t the only ones they sell). You’ll find some very nice ones there for very reasonable.
I spent a lot on my husband’s ring, but he’s allergic to gold and I liked the thought of our rings both being platinum so that’s what he got, but I did help a friend of mine pick her husband’s band from Sams and they do custom engraving for FREE. His ring was less than $100 (I believe $79)

My Fiance doesn’t want to spend much money on his ring. He told me he could get one for like 15 bucks on amazon haha. I also heard that if I attend this Wedding Show in July, they give you a coupon for a free ring. So we might even do that!
