About $7.00 per person for 70 people, including appetizers and beverages.

We bought our food in bulk and had a friend of the family/MIL handle it all. My in-laws ate leftovers all week, and we still managed to have some when we got home from our honeymoon! And we had a large variety — breaded chicken, baked ziti, ham, pierogies (my mom’s fave food), green beans, salad, rolls and butter, and then for appetizers we had trays with cheeses, crackers, fruits, and veggies, and dips. We had iced tea, iced green tea, water, and coffee. I was worried it would seem like we cheaped out, but everyone raved about how delicious it was, and really, that’s what mattered most to me, not how fancy it seemed.

Alcohol and after-party food (potato skins, wings, and chips with salsa) came to $11.66 per person, but this was only about 30 people. We had a keg and then paid for wine by consumption. We had a private room at a bar, so the service was great, and if anyone wanted a mixed drink, they could go get it themselves, but I think everyone just stuck to beer and wine.

ours was $88, and it included apps, dinner buffet, tea, lemonade, italian soda  bar, coffee, service fees, staff, gratuity and tax.  we also didn’t have to pay for corkage or cake cutting fees.  not included was alcohol, only about $8 per person since we were able to bring our own in, and cake, which was only $1.75 per person.  the venue also provided all of the linens, tableware and centerpiece flowers.
