I’m going nuts trying to figure out how much I want to spend on my table decor. Do y’all mind giving me an idea of how much you’re spending per table (not including linens) and what you are going to do/have done?
Thank you so much!

Anyone? I’ve been collecting mason jars and pretty glass vases, and roses will be $9/dozen through my local floral wholesaler. I’m probably going to need a runner of some sort, and of course table numbers.

I’ll just say too much. -_- I don’t have any numbers yet because we’re still trying to figure out if we want to do long tables or separate. 🙂

We are going for a simple centerpeice and they are about 11.50 each.

That also includes the mirror underneath and tea lights

I think we ended somewhere between $15-$20 per table for 8 tables plus the head table. We did cornucopias, and I got those for like $8 or $10 a piece, and then styraform to stick silk flowers, nuts, and fake fruit into, and that altogether was another $5-$10 per table, plus candles.

Wow, these are both really pretty!
Thank you for the feedback!

We had 2 types:
I loved them both and they averaged out to about $10 per centerpiece!

I included the cost of our candles in my vote. We had simple square vases of white hydrangea and gold mercury glass votive holders on the table. Centerpieces ran about $35 each and the candles were probably $3 a piece. We ended up upgrading the flowers to include fiddleheads so the ending cost rose but I found the hydrangeas to be a great, economical flower.

Our centerpieces will be around $30-40 a piece. Quotes from florist on something like this was closer to $150 per table!! Eek. On our round tables we are doing a lamp style centerpiece like the one below. They will be surrounded by votives.
And than our rectangular tables will have these cans with peonies running down the center of the table with votives too.
Tables numbers are in double-sided frames costing $1. My sister has mirrors for free. 🙂

I’m doing cake centerpieces so we can kill two birds with one stone! They should run about $10 each 8″ round. My dad is making tree trunk cake stands for them and I plan on alternating these little guys: http://www.lightinthebox.com/Nest-Ceramic-Birds-Salt—Pepper-Shakers_p189654.html and nests: http://just2bucks.blogspot.com/2011/01/yes-i-made-bird-nest.html as the toppers. I should come in under $15 each once I calculate shipping and supplies for the nests.

Ours are running just under $90 per table. They are three foot vases with branches that add an additional two feet. Greenery and an assortment of white flowers with a few dusty orange rosses will fill and drape over the top of the vase. We have oval tables that seat 10-12 so we will be adding some small candles to fill the rest of the space.
Our centerpieces needed to be rather large as our reception venue has two story ceilings.

I am using blue mason jars, most of which have been donated by my aunt (freeee!), I bought some smaller blue mason jars at abt $3 a piece, 20 yrds of burlap should get me though not only a runner but the rest of my burlap needs for my wedding ($50 after my 40% off coupon at Joannes!) I am planning on have the large mason jars on log slice plateforms (My dad has a chainsaw and trees to down.. (so freee..!) I also want to have small bud vases and possibly votives around the larger arrangement. Problem: finding blue glass is a pain! so I spent $15 on glass paint and thinner, and am picking up clear glass votives at thrift stores… my mom can grow most of the flowers, and the rest we are getting from sam’s club.
so probably about $5-10 per table…

Mine are costing around $10 per table.
Our vases are luckily provided by our venue, I got my own branches from the bush near my house and have spray painted them dark brown. I bought some crystals off ebay and have tea lights in votives around the vase.

Ours ended up being about $50 each from our florist. We tried DIYing, but the time and effort going into each piece was getting outrageous:
It will be petals on the table instead of stones
