I was actually prepared to spend a pretty penny for my wedding jewelry because I knew that I wanted a fierce statement necklace and everyone I talked to said something like that would probably run me a few hundred dollars.
I ended up scouring Etsy and found a great necklace for around $50. When I actually got it in person, it looked BETTER than on the website and I was delighted!
I also bought my earrings on Etsy as well, and they were about $35.
I plan on getting a bracelet cuff from Etsy too, and the ones I have seen are around $50.

I spent $50 and got some earrings, a necklace, and a watch. The watch comes with a bracelet, but I hate bracelets, so I won’t be wearing it. None of them are real – all the jewelry came from the pharmacy.

I’ll probably wear the earings my Future Mother-In-Law gave me for an engagement gift and she’s offered to let me borrow a necklace. Will probably borrow my mother’s diamond tennis bracelet that doesn’t fit her (if she’s willing to let me have it dipped to white gold)
I think my total expense will be… nothing, or the cost of the white-gold dip.
Stuff being real doesn’t matter to me, but my Future Mother-In-Law would probably have a heart attack if it wasn’t (she’s been in jewlery for 20+ years….)

$140 total. $50 on earrings from Etsy and $90 on a bracelet from Nina Bridal. 🙂

I’m wearing my mothers diamond earrings and my fiancé is buying my wedding jewelry as my wedding gift 🙂 A beautiful 4 carat ruby pear ring, and 4 carat matching necklace and a 8.5 carat ruby bracelet . I never wear costume so my wedding day should be even more special 🙂

My aunt gave me a gold necklace accented with small diamonds to wear to the wedding. I also have diamond earrings from my mother, along with the sapphire bracelet she wore to her wedding. So…..I’m spending nothing! I’m lucky to have a lot of family heirlooms and generous relatives.

Um. Probably nothing. Borrowing my grandmother’s earrings. No necklace. Already own my rings. Probably no bracelet – so that’s the only possible cost and I can’t see myself spending more than $40.
