My dress already comes with an ivory crystal sash but I bought  a second one from davids bridal for $60 and i plan to change into that for the reception.. and that may be the only bridal bling that I buy… I’m not sure if headbands are included in this category, if they are I may end up going over $100

I already have my earrings, and I’m not sure if I’ll buy anything else.  So right now $0.00! I think the earrings were actually a gift from my grandma 🙂

I think my jewlery will cost about the same as my dress.  The bracelet will be $89, earrings $68, necklace (thankfully only) $25, and maybe a hair comb for $20 and $25 for veil… so about $225… my dress – $250.

Because I have a “base dress” my sash expenses were added onto my wedding dress expenses. I think it was like $100 or something. I spent $25 on shoes. And will be spending more than $75 total on flower for my hair and jewelry.

@blingybride: Didn’t you LOVE paying for stuff you didn’t wear, but were totally in love with at the time?  LOL! I had an extra veil, 2 extra jewelry sets, and 2 fur wraps.  Still in the closet!

@Lindsay12.31.2010 fortunately my Mom got it very inexpensively @ the Demetrios shop and knew I probably wouldn’t wear it. I guess she couldn’t pass it up! LOL… I was more butt hurt about the flower I wore for 30 seconds and I agonized over finding THE perfect hair accesory. If I knew then what I know now… Too lazy to try to sell. ha! Oh yeah.. speaking of wraps.. my Mom got me a gorgeous wrap since we were afraid I’d freeze and didn’t wear that either, I think she said $50! yikes!

@blingybride: Haha! One of my wraps was only $20 from Forever 21, and the other was like $40.  I planned on wearing them both seperately for pictures, but we ended up with freakish 75 degree sunny weather!

I am spending $130 on my pearl and crystals headband, got it with a trunk show discount! For jewelry, I am wearing mt mother’s pearl necklace and bracelet that my dad bought her early in their marriage, and I am wearing pearl earrings that I already have to match it. So $0 for jewelry!

Haven’t thought about a purse, so that is still TBD.Haven’t bought shoes yet but waiting for the ones I want to come back in stock on Zappos, they are $36! So looking at probably a total of ~$170 for my “bling”?

I didn’t include my veil in the poll costs because it looks like most people didn’t, but I am spending $200 on my veil (Italian silk tulle- it feels so soft!), it has scattered pearls that match my headband and jewelry. Sounds expensive to me but it was one of the cheapest at the bridal salon I bought my dress from, and I wanted to get it there because they dye it to match the dress perfectly!

My shoes were $75 online (on sale – they were over $140 regular price).  I bought long pearl and crystal one-of-a-kind handmade earrings as something I would keep / re-wear and they were $120.  My faux-pearl stretchy cuff bracelet was $10 at Aldo.  I didn’t wear any other accessories!
