I think ours came out to be $15 apiece. Mostly DIY with no flowers or candles.
Mitsumata branches from Koyal Wholesale, handmade origami, vases from Goodwill, crystal strands from eBay, and clear filler gems and mini-LEDs from Amazon.

Probably $10 or less apiece.
We ended up doing glass vases with floating candles and little jewel thingies in the bottom. Bought the vases at Hobby Lobby for quite the discount, as well as the candles. We put them on top of mirror panes that we borrowed from the reception venue.

Mine cost all together 102.69, and there are 10 of them. So they each cost. $10.27 a piece.
Sorry for the large picture.

Our centerpieces were about $50 each and they doubled as favors. They consisted of 3 lanterns filled with candles, moss, rocks, and twigs for each table, surrounded by 5-6 votive candles in clear glass holders, more moss/rocks/twigs, and a picture frame with the table #. Most tables had 3 couples seated together so it worked out perfectly. We also had a couple of lanterns for our cake table and our guestbook/gift table.

I am DIYing all our centerpieces. We are having 2 differenty types here are the low ones, these roughl cost $11 each (including vases/jars). Our tall centerpieces I have done one trial on. I still need to do some modifying. I would like to only use all white flowers and a tons more then pictured and thinner branches. I will post a pic of what we come up with this weekend for the tall vases =)

Ours come with the venue (although we could upgrade, if we were so inclined), so they are costing us nothing extra. They are little lamps with votive candles inside them, at the center of our 6-person tables. I think they’ll look nice against our black table cloths and white plates/napkins.
Here they are in action:

It must just be because I am in Southern California but our short centerpieces are $80 a piece and our tall ones are $130. This is about the size that they will be, but different flowers.

Ours are $55 per table for the flowers, ($13.75 per arrangement, 4 per table). Including all the vases and candles its aboit $70 per table for decorations.

Ours are $25. Short square vases with a hand tied burgundy flower bouquet. I can’t wait to see them saturday!

We had two styles of centerpieces. We had three milk bud vases with flowers and the other tables had 26″ illuminated vases with large floral arrangements on top. Every table had a navy table runner, three candles, a strand of pearl garland and champagne colored napkins.
We collected all the milk bud vases ourselves (for about 25 cents each!) so those only cost about $10 or so per table.
The tall centerpieces were $65 each. That included the vases, lights, beads, flowers…everything! These arrangements did double duty because they also decorated our ceremony space.
