- Wedding: July 2012 - The Gables Inn, Santa Rosa, CA
We are having an 11 am ceremony, and lunch will be served afterward. It’s in July, so I expect people to drink a fair amount more than usual because of the heat– but how much beer and wine should I plan for with a guest list of 100 adults?
No champagne or hard liquor– we will have bottles of beer on ice (self serve) and red & white on the tables, plus bottled water & pitchers if iced tea and lemonade.
