How much bling do you wear at once?

I regularly wear seven rings, often more. Three on my left ring finger and then the rest are usually worn singly.

I love that last photo! Is that a peach sapphire or morganite? Your ering set is beautiful. I wear one of two settings but both are pretty substantial, I guess πŸ˜‚. I also wear a very simple necklace and my simple earrings. Like you rings are my favorite, but I only wear them on one finger. I love stacking. And to answer I don’t mix metals but I mix shapes and diamonds and moissanites.

@aninin:  I’m getting this resized as my rhr and my wedding set is in my profile picture. It’s a 10×8 morganite with a diamond halo. Not too flashy to have two gorgeous rings/sets on at once. And by the way I LOVE your wedding set. So pretty!

Rings are also my favorite kind of jewelry, so I feel you on that! I really love the rings you posted, especially the blue sapphire. I don’t think that that would compete with your engagement ring. You should definitely rock one (or BOTH) of those rings!

I usually wear only my wedding set and one RHR at any given time, but that’s honestly because I just started acquiring rings so my collection is small. My ultimate goal is to go out everyday looking like Liberace:

Anyway, this is the ring I wear as a RHR most often:

I also am waiting on this ring (but with a blue sapphire center stone) from James Allen for a RHR/alternate ering. I guess it could be considered blingy for an RHR, but I don’t care – GIVE ME ALL BLING!

I don’t wear tons generally because I am a Stay-At-Home Mom and I don’t want to have to remove more than a few things for cooking and cleaning. So I just have my bangle and 1 to 3 rings. I’ll repost my picture from the daily thread. Its not the most attractive picture of my lab sapphire I won’t lie lol. I definitely do mix metals. Platinum is my full time metal though so my lab sapphire side grade is set in that. The rose gold and silver bands are my part time wear because I get rashes if I try to wear them too long. But a few hours works just fine

Your wedding set is stunning! I also love the blue sapphire ring, I have one similar. I love rings and honestly have way to many options lol Here is my wedding set and two handfuls of rhr’s I wear. I have a ton more but these are my main go to ones. Also I do mix metals and wear whatever I’m in the mood for. Sorry the pics aren’t great but I couldn’t get a higher quality to load 🀷🏼‍♀️

Love sapphires in halos. 😍 That sounds perfectly reasonable to me! I will be wearing a .94 oval in a YG pave on my RH, and a 1.08 YG solitaire with plain band on my LH. I don’t even care that it’s technically two erings.

@aninin:  thank you. It’s a really good quality morganite that came with papers and everything from a seller called EJ Collections on Etsy. I also clean it with Dawn and a baby tooth brush maybe once a week. I designed it to have an open basket so the oils could be cleaned off easily. I really think the quality of the morganite is key though. I had a different morganite ring that ALWAYS looked cloudy, even after I cleaned it. Not sure if it was the closed basket at the bottom, the quality of the stone, or both. I’ve seen some peach pink spinel rings as well and they seem to have a shinier look. If my morganite ever gets damaged (hopefully not!), I’ll consider replacing it with spinel. πŸ™‚

@aninin:  I wear my e-ring all the time, and then on my right hand I wear between 1-3 in different combos (one on middle finger or one on ring finger; or one on ring finger plus one on index finger; or two on ring finger plus one on index finger; I have over 40 RHRs fitting different fingers so the combo depends on my mood and my outfit usually). So, up to 4 at any one time.

Once married I’ll be wearing up to 6 at any one time, as my wedding band and then eventually an eternity ring will be joining my e-ring πŸ™‚

I love rings as you can actually see them yourself lol (unlike necklaces or earrings) plus they’re so easy to switch (I find bracelets a bit fiddly sometimes). I buy a new ring (often just a silver one) every time I visit somewhere new as a reminder, so that’s nice, too.

Which jewelry I wear honestly depends on the setting of my workplace! I’m a social worker at a domestic violence shelter and when I’m doing frontline crisis work I only wear my plain band, but if I’m going to be doing office work or research I feel more comfortable enjoying my bling πŸ™‚ Not for safety reasons, it just feels more appropriate.
I love both of the rhr you shared, but that emerald cut would definitely be my choice! It will show dirt more easily though so if you work with your hands I’d choose the blue sapphire.

These are some of the rings I like to wear on my right hand:

@aninin:  Thank you! I love rings too! I think it’s because I can see them and can’t see other pieces. I told my husband though once my lab sapphire setting gets fixed,  diamond ring from my dad/wedding day are reset to platinum,  and I get my dream French cut sapphire band I am done getting rings and I will move on to a pendant necklace/sapphire tennis necklace/bangle/ earrings set finally lmao.

these are all so cute! I acutally don’t generally wear any other rings except my engagement ring, since I really like the way it looks taking centre stage but I do love rings, and I don’t think it’s too much to wear a few or anything!

Although, I’ve recently started re-wearing the signet ring my grandparents gave me when I was 8 or 9, since I realised that after our wedding, those won’t be my initials any more, and I want to wear it while it’s still ‘accurate’, haha!
