We are having a morning wedding, serving brunch. The caterer is providing all of the juice and a coffee bar. We are going to have a ‘make your own mimosa bar’ and I have no idea how much champagne I should get for it. We are going to have about 50 people, but ten of those are children. How much champagne should we get? Also do you think it’s necessary to do a separate champagne toast or will the mimosas be enough? I’m expecting the reception to start around noon so I don’t imagine people will be drinking much. Is it in bad form not to offer any other options than the mimosas?
