How much coffee do you drink daily?

I used to drink a 24oz iced Red Eye (black coffee & espresso) every day. I had to quit coffee altogether because I was diagnosed with a bladder condition, and high acidity foods/drinks trigger flare ups. I miss it every day lol. Now I stick with low acidity tea for my caffeine fix.

I was never into flavored syrups or specialty drinks. Just black coffee.

marylen :  I like coffee like a mocha or pumpkin spice (i like my husbands spice mix not the synthetic) but yes I hate it when the coffee itself is flavored, no French vanilla. Icky.  Now if you add actual vanilla after its fine to me. But added into the coffee beans ugh so gross. I’m with you I can taste it straight away.

1-2 cups (except “cups” are large mugs LOL) in the morning. On weekends I often drink a lot more coffee as I’m at home for the morning (generally) and will drink coffee just…for something to do? Sounds dumb but it’s true lol

I used to drink 3-4 cups a day but I’m pregnant so now none. I was sick for like a week from withdrawals.

I still make my husband’s coffee everyday. We love coffee so we always just get the Aldi coffee. However, for the fall and winter we love Target’s coffee. The rum butter coffee is our favorite!

I didn’t start drinking coffee regularly until a few months ago when I started to do 24 hour shifts on rotations. Now I drink about 1-2 cups of vanilla or caramel.

Interesting thread – I used to drink 8-12 cups of black coffee a day. It was I’ve the top, but my office was so cold, and having a hot caffeinated beverage in hand made the day even better. Or so I thought. 3 months back I quite coffee cold turkey – and have no intention of adding it back in at all. The first 3 days were tough, and I did get the migraine-like withdrawal headaches, but I now have more clarity and energy than I have in years. I’ve replaced coffee with water & haven’t looked back.

I do one cup daily. 2 cups occasionally. I have to be careful with my caffeine intake as its an anxiety trigger for me!
