I usually buy bars in a range of 40-50 and maybe less on sale. But if I find one that is more expense i would def. buy one every once in a while not always 🙂

Usually 40-50 but if I ever found an aHmazing strapless bra I would spend whatever.
I’m a DD and I think you have all just inspired me to get nicer bras.
I’m not a stingy person by any means but usually I buy them reduced in the $7-$16 range at TJ Maxx and such. I wear the crap out of 2-3 of them and then get rid of them when they’re no good.
I can get 3 wears out of them before washing. I’m not a sweaty person though. I wash them and dry them with the rest of my clothes. I do have one bra for when I’m doing things like moving, working out, etc.
Honestly, they last me 1 to 2 years. It varies. I don’t have posture issues. I always choose the types with wider/sturdier straps. Mmm. After reading this thread I have a major itch to splurge…
$100. Most of mine are about $35. I’m within the average sizes, but I do have narrow shoulders, so I would happily pay $50-$60 for nice bras that worked with most clothing and the straps were set so they don’t constantly slip off! I wouldn’t want to pay much more than that.
I spend between 50.00 and 75.00 at JC Penny because I’m a 38 DD. Sometimes, I try and pack them in a 38D from TJ Maxx, but it’s just too much for the bra to handle.
My priciest bra was $300NZ:
Just the bra, not the belt or necklace. But this isn’t an everyday one clearly lol!
I’m a 20DD in NZ sizes…unsure what US size that equates to but I have giant tatas. My favourite brand Zabu make beautiful big bras in fun, funky colours and designss and are $45NZ.
I think I sent $80 on my bra for my wedding. That was crazy expensive for me, I don’t even like spending half that on one bra!
$25 at the most? However, I have pretty small boobs so I never have a problem finding my size and I don’t need extra support or anything like that.
@priyawouldntwannabeya: I am of the belief that there are some things in life that you don’t cheap out on: bras, shoes, and mattresses. A good bra makes clothes look way more flattering, not to mention that you’ll probably be WAY more comfortable every day. If it really feels that good, I say go for it!
@priyawouldntwannabeya: There’s a lingerie branch of Lane Bryant that’s called (I think) Cacique. Their bras come in larger band sizes (and larger cup sizes for ladies with that issue) and are usually pretty inexpensive. I don’t know if they ship to Canada, though.
Im a standard size, so for my everyda bras I nomally spend like 20-25 on the VS semi annual sale stuff. Something special and sexy, maybe ill spend 50-80
I paid close attention at the bra store and wrote down which brands I’m a 40c and which I’m a 40d, and we’re able to find a few good deals online. I did go back to the store to splurge on this bra though.
When I get home, the first thing I do is take off my bra, and I thino that might be partly because I was wearing the wrong size and they were uncomfortable. It feels great to be properly fitted!
I typically don’t spend more than $30-$40… but then again I’m pretty flat so it’s not like bras matter much lol
I guess $100 max. I’m pretty rough on my bras. I know you’re supposed to hand wash them but ain’t nobody got time for that! I throw them all in the washing machine.. which is prob why they end up falling apart after a year or so. I guess if you’re a special size, it might be worth investing in a more expensive bra but I’m a 34C, pretty standard.
