E ring was 3360. 00 before tax. And it got discontinued while it was on layaway so the price dropped down to 2600.00. My now husband an I moved early in a decided to use joint accounts after 8 months of knowing each other. My money has always been his and his money has always been mine. Every time “he” made a payment I felt it too. Lol we ended up using a tax refund to pay what was left of the last few payments. My original e ring was 500 bucks we bought it off a guy and he gave us the reciept. Took it to zales and they allowed us to knock off 50 percent of the e ring bill in exchange for the first ring. So we only paid half price for the e ring. His ring was 600 and my wedding band was like 1500 it was also on layaway and while we were making payments the price dropped by 25 percent.

Not officially engaged, but we’ve both ordered each other’s rings. My fiance’s was $530, and I approximate my ring to be around $830 or so. Excited!!! 😄

My husband and I both budgeted $1000 for each other’s rings. My stone is a family heirloom, so that price ended up accounting for my setting and wedding band. I was intending to get him a meteorite band that was close to that price point, but after a lot of searching he found a ring he loved that came in well under that figure, so he got a wedding band and engagement meteorite cufflinks that he wore at our wedding.

Practically nothing.

We’ve been married almost 40 years. He proposed without a ring, because we were poor collgee students. A few weeks later my grandmother gave him her engagement ring to give me (she could no longer wear it, because of arthritis). It cost $20-30 to have it cut-down in size, to fit me.

We didn’t exchange wedding rings, during our ceremony.
