it is definitely more expensive to size up. For my Ering, it was about $75 because they are actually adding gold to the ring

Mine was free to get it smaller. I went to the same place we bought it.

My jeweler will resize our rings as many times as we need for free.  They’re a small family jewelry business, so they’re awesome with customer service.

Mr.ND got mine done for $35 (simple solitaire with a white gold band) and I had Mr.ND’s etched band sized down for $40.

Interesting to see the differences between everyone. I was curious to this myself, my e-ring is a size too big. We were talking the other day about getting it re-sized soon, we just haven’t done it yet b/c I don’t want to be without it. We’d pay a lot more though, b/c we have to ship it across the country, and insure the package. ahhhhh. I think the shipping alone will be like $200, then another $100 to resize. Geeze!

We went to a different place to where the ring was bought and it was £25 which I think in dollars is $20 ish.

Our ring sizings are free with the protection/maintenance plan we bought with our rings.

Mine doesn’t cost anything at Jared’s.  I’ve had it sized 4 times since owning it.

@WineAndCupcakes: I know a great bay area jeweler who will size it for you the same day (while you go to lunch).. Or you could go with sizing bars/beads/horseshoe.  Msg me if you want their info!  🙂

Around here it is $65.  But if you bought it from the place you are taking it, it should be free.

My e ring is getting sized right now.  They quoted me a price of $35 for white gold.  Yellow gold would have been $25.  Evidently they have to do something extra for white gold.

$75 but free if I got the lifetime warranty for $80.  That covers free rhodium plating, and resizing as much as I want.
