$35, was done in a couple of hours and perfect fit. I changed from 5.25 to 4.75. When they size up, a previous ring, they did $75 for adding gold. But if you think about it, a ring with same price tag that comes in different sizes with same karat gold sells for same price even though there’s different amount of gold… And it’s not like they pay you for yiu giving them a piece of gold when you size down… Weird. I think $100 is too much

I can get my ring sized whenever I want at no charge from the jeweler it was purchased from.  I inquired about another ring when I was there and was told it would be $35 for sizing and to have it dipped (it’s white gold and it is yellowing from age) it depends how you’re sizing it and how much too. If you’re sizing it up a lot it will cost more because of the added gold.

Mine was $75 to get sized down but the jeweler did tighten down all of the diamonds on the shoulders/sides of my ring just to make sure none were loosened in the process.

My ring is platinum and I paid $75 to have it sized a half size smaller.  It was done in about 2 hours.

Soon2BMrsMiles:  Fiance purchased my ring a locally owned jeweler, sizing was free and done in one day. If I get it size again the fee is $35.  $100 is quite steep but it various from place to place.
