4 hours for only 25 people for 1,000 seems too high.  We have a charter bus (50-60ish seats) for just under 1,000 for 12 hours in chicago.  That being said it doesn’t solve the big dress/sewat issue.  What about a trolley? so of those have a bench seat in the back that would fit a larger dress

Out of curiousity, at what point during a wedding do party buses get used? After the reception, or between the ceremony and reception? Or at a bachelorette party? Just curious because I haven’t attended a ton of weddings.

sparklebee19 :  It really depends on where you are. For our wedding in San Diego a 4 hour bus was going to cost minimum $1k. But I did a party bus for my 30th birthday and for 6 hours it was $600. That was in a much smaller city.

sparklebee19 :  Thank you for clarifying!

Actually, a long gap sounds really nice. It gives time to wrap up/clean up after the ceremony, take photos and get ready for the reception…and also gives (hotel) guests a chance to take a nap, go explore the city, or change clothes and then mingle at the cocktail hour. Plus, I’m sure it probably flies by!

I paid for a trolley for 8 hours and it was $900.
