$1200, one photographer, 4 hours, high resolution digital files with printing rights, online proofing. Its called a small event package. We live in the Bay Area and everyone else I contacted was $2500 to start. This company had great reviews on Yelp and TheKnot, I really like the photography style and communication has been excellent.

We are eloping and the photographer is still almost 1200.00 and that’s for 2 hours but we do get all the digital images.

We got a STEAL: $2,000 for engagement pictures, two photographers, 10 hours of coverage, fully edited (and we made some tweaks to some pictures later on too, for example, one photo was black and white and we wanted color), and all rights to the images.

Right now, we are paying $4,000 for 6 hours and paid $500 for an engagement shoot with a different photographer (who was going to do our wedding). This includes all of the high resolution digital files. We may upgrade to the next package, which is $5,000 and includes 8 hours and an engagement shoot.

hssweethearts2013 :  $2400

Engagement session: (two locations- she came to us which was about a 3 hour drive). 100 edited photos + all unedited on disks. 40 4×6 prints. Full rights to images.

Wedding: 2 photographers for 9+ hours (package was for 8 but the main came early and stayed late), 700+ edited pictures (I think the package was for 300 + you could pick up to 100 more? She still edited extras I requested), all the unedited (thousands), 50 prints. Full rights to all images. Edited photos were available online in a private viewing thing we could give to people where they could download them directly if they wanted.

I’m in LA and the wedding was in San Diego. I feel like every wedding related cost varies wildly depending on where you live. For our area this was a HUGE bargain. She’s been shooting weddings for a decade and everyone else in this price range was a newbie and only included one photographer.
