My Mom made my dress, so materials were about $250. The dress didn’t fit me exactly right, but it was OK. We went on an amazing honeymoon, so I’d have rather spent the money on that.

Mine was 1400 without alterations. I still have some guilt about the price since I know alterations will probably be at least another 500. I got too exited about dresses when I was watching Say Yes to the Dress, thinking that most dresses will be 3k or more. I wish that I shopped around a little longer, but at least I love my dress.

I paid $600 for mine. They quoted me $300-$400 for alterations but I had a family friend do them for $75.

It was on sale for $349 at David’s Bridal. Fiance surprised me and bought it for me as a Christmas gift!

It’s the perfect size (almost). It just needs to be hemmed and bustled.

Too much! $8000 after tax with everything. I wanted to spend under $6,000 – but loved the dress soo much.

Mine was 469 then 20 for the bag to put it in plus tax brought it just over 500 for a dress that was on the sale rack and was “last years” style. I’m a sucker for a good cheap deal and it fit me perfect and still does – no alternations needed!

the sticker price was $5000 even, so i clicked $4001-5000, but tax was $450 and alterations were $800 (cringe). so $6250. a crazy amount, but for me the dress was really important and something i had been dreaming about since i was 8. so no regrets!

Mine was a sample at 90% off. I paid $131. I still need alterations (mostly a hem) but should be under 500!

$260, but it’s technically a bridesmaids dress. I’m still waiting for alterations to be done, but it’s just hemming so I don’t anticipate it being a lot.
