I spent a bit under 1k, I believe around $970. I didn’t want my husband to have the typical black tungsten ring that all his friends have (military, lol). I got him a white gold band with a single diamond. It got trashed working with weapons, so I bought him a $30 black tungsten one, dipped his original and now he only wears that one for special occasions.

I had the bright idea of showing my hubby a Tiffany & Co band and of course he LOVED it.  We looked all over but he kept going back to that one.  It was $2750 after taxes.  He does wear expensive watches so i expected him to want a “designer” brand ring – but didnt expect it to be so pricy.  Of course, he got me what i wanted, so i couldn’t deny him what he wanted.  It is this ring http://www.tiffany.com/jewelry/rings/milgrain-wedding-band-ring-GRP01739

850ish  but it was on sale for 703. The one I really liked for him was over 3k (platinum comfort, i think by simon g), the one he liked was about 150 bucks and black tungsten, and the one we settled on was white gold and yellow with engraving that matches my ering.

My fiance got a titanium band with 5(I think) sapphires in it. It cost 90 dollars because he got a discount on it since he got my ring from there, otherwise, it would have been 200.

My DH’s wedding band was $1700 — it’s platinum, 7mm for his big hands. We live in an expensive area, which may have also contributed to the price.

My DH’s band  cost just over $500.  It’s a tungsten carbide ring with a celtic knot design.  He loves it. 🙂

My hubby got a simple 18k white gold band ! It cost around 300-350 $ (we actually got a price for both our rings so im guessing). It didnt cost much because we bought our bands in Lebanon where the price of gold is ridiculously cheap !

We spent $280 for an ouroboros design in silver. It actually cost more than mine. 😛

It was more than I expected but within budget and he loved the design.

I just ordered his the other day, I’ll post a picture when it comes in. My fiancé loves space and sci-fi (as do I—he bought me a telescope for Christmas!). So when he found out there’s a guy who makes rings out of meteprices, he was ecstatic. It’s the only ring he got excited about at all, so I had to get it for him (: It’s meteorite and a wood strip, with wood on the inside too. It’s originally $1280, but there was a sale, so I got it for $955.

If you are looking for a plain gold band, I think anything over $500 is way too expensive.

My husband’s white gold band cost me $200.
