$3200 for two shooters, an engagement session, unlimited hours for the wedding, no travel fees or anything like that, and printing rights.  No album is included except I think an online gallery.  This was the BEST price I found for a photographer I really really liked in the Chicago area.

We padn $3,000 for

  • an e-shoot,
  • day after session, and
  • unlimited hours day of.
  • 2 shooters (husband and wife team)

We also got a “video fusion” thing where they would take some video and encorporate that into a dvd with images. And of course all our images edited and with printing rights. We only got 500 but they were an AMAZING 500. So I am okay with that. I do wish we had gotten more sometimes but these pictures are seriously all so amazing, I am just fine.

$1,665 for full day unlimited shooting with two photographers, DVDs of the RAW color-corrected photos (for further editing if needed), 50 fully edited photos of our choice, all rights to reproduce, online gallery, and $150 printing credit. The guy is a former photo journalist and has been shooting for years and years but still has a great modern style. I feel like I got a steal! I love that there are no hour limitations.

We did get a 10% discount for paying in full early instead of just putting down a deposit. That helped.

7k NOT including albums those we had to pay separately and found an online site called indigo albums to do that for us so total for the albums + photographer is probably over 8k. A lot of money but we are in lovvve w our photographer.. Seems higher than most participating on this board.. im thinking it may have to do w location? I didnt se ethat many GOOD photogpraphers in OC/LA area that do it for under 5k. Lucky you guys who were able to pay less than 5k.

$2000 for all day coverage, I think around 500 touched up images (though we have access to all), an engagement session, boudoir, and an album. We got really lucky when we found this St. Paul to Austin transplant! Shes a fabulous natural light photographer!

$1,750 for our photographer and an assistant, five hours of coverage, DVD of photos, online gallery, 150 4 x 6 printed proofs of our choice (no watermark or seal, so those are getting use somewhere), two 8 x 10 prints, two 5 x 7 prints, and the ability to brag that my photographer worked with Radiohead. She got her start as a commercial/fashion photographer and transitioned into weddings however many years ago.

I’ll make my own damn album.

$2600 (including tax):

-Engagement session

-All day coverage (1 photographer)

I think this totally depends on how important photography is to you.  It will be around 28% of our total budget, but I think my photographer is amazing!

EDIT: We get all editted images.  I think this was around 125 for engagement and will probably near 1,000 for wedding.  And these are unique images (some photographers will give you doubles or triples just in b/w, color, sepia, for example).

A total of $1550.  5 hours, one photographer, all digital images and rights on a DVD.  Also included our 2 hour engagement shoot.  We got a deal, she’s a friend of a friend.  Her packages typically start at $2700.

We spent $350. (We had a very small wedding in Maui.)

We got 2 hours of coverage and all rights & images on a disc.

They also did a second shoot for free. We took pictures in kayaks and snorkeling with our wedding attire on.

It was awesome!
