Our reception is just under $3000.00…

The Venue ( Tables and Chairs included)

Food for 36 people

Centre Pieces

Open Bar

Wedding Cake

Champagne Toast

DJ for 4 hours

90 per person and it includes

  • ceremony site
  • 5 hour premium open bar for cocktail hour and reception

as of right now, we are just under $8000. this includes

ceremony site with gazebo

reception tent with dance floor, chairs, tables, and linens

time from 330-830

food for 125 people

wedding/ wedding day coordinator

bridal suite

servers

portable bar since wedding is outside (cash bar)

cake/cake cutting & serving

limo service for bridal party

DJ

3500 for 4 hours and includes tables and chiavari chairs……and thats it.  We love the place but sometimes that makes me choke!

Our venue is just over $1300, includes ceremony and reception sites, chairs and tables for reception, parking and use of kitchen.

But our caterer is covering most of the decorating and set up and bringing in linens and stuff that we would have had to rent other wise so it balances out 🙂

our venue is $5000 and that includes the venue from 6pm -12am, tables and chairs. thats it!

Ours was $750 for the venue rental, plus an extra $250 for an open bar for 60 people for five hours.  It included:

  • Five hours for the reception itself, plus two days before for decorating, and as much time as we needed to clean up afterward.
  • Kitchen
  • Showers
  • Space for getting ready, including having our hair and make-up done
  • Dance floor
  • Sound system
  • 5 hour open bar, shelf brands only
  • Security and bar staff
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Lighting
  • Televisions for showing our wedding video
  • Parking

The rental did not include any food.  However, they allowed us to hire a friend to purchase, prepare, serve, and clean up the food, instead of requiring use of a licensed caterer.  The friend was in charge of cutting the cake that NotFroofy made.  We also supplied all linens, flatware, china, glassware, uplighting, centerpieces, and decorations (including 125 paper lanterns).
