Our venue is $500 for use of the grounds, restrooms and a coordinator. It’s a historic home. Our rental bill will be about $10k for a huge tent with 3 chandeliers, black and white dance floor, chairs, tables, and linens; plus chairs for the ceremony. Catering is running $3500 for a buffet for 150. Decor will be about $2000, not including personal flowers.

akkaer1:  We are doing it at a wedding chapel that has an all inclusive package.

This ceremony includes up to twenty-five guests, a dressing room for the bride, the<br />candlelit chapel and the ringing of the Chapel bells and bubbles for you guests. <br /><br />Includes a professional photographer with unlimited shots, videographer, unity<br />candle and a three-hour limousine. You will also receive free web cast and your digital negatives.

A two-tiered cake, nuts and mints served on silver trays and<br />mimosa punch. The staff will set up, serve and clean.

And we included an additional photographer. It is costing a little over $2500. However, I recently found a nearby chapel that I LOVE, and calculating how much it would be to do things on my own it comes out to about the same. So I have to wait till my Fiance comes home to discuss with him and we may be going this route and forgoing our deposit.

In this case the chapel cost $400 for 4 hours. We are having a VERY small wedding.

We rented a house by the beach and had our reception in the front yard. My husband wanted more private reception. We paid $1000 to have the reception in the house without tables & chairs. We paid $2000 for tables, chairs, tents, linens. We paid $2300 for the buffet, bartender and dinner wares. We provided the drinks which cost us another $400. We also paid for the DJ $600 for 3 hours and I did the deco plus blue wine glasses which probably around $500. And this is for 20 people for $6800.

Cake and photographer wasn’t included. For a 2 tiered cake cost us $500 and photographer $1000 for 4 hours.

FREE!!! Not that I want to rub it in but I Will lol . My Fiance is the event coordinator at our venue. Includes tables chairs, ice machine and everything that is there

13,500 for venue. This includes 8am-2am rental, our choice of chiavari chairs, tables and their linen but we’re not using the linens. It’s a little pricey but Im in love with it.

Our venue alone is $3500 but that includes accomodation for 80 people from Friday arvo to Sunday arvo.  

Also includes heaps of fairy lights, chairs, and other bits and pieces left there by previous brides.  They have a sort of unofficial policy that you can use whatever has been left there by previous brides if you leave something for them at the end of the day.  Everything they have is totally my taste so it’s a good saving.

For the space(10 hours INCLUDING set up and take down), tables, chairs and uplighting …we are 1995. We do have 2 spaces (ceremony and reception)…and an awesome outside space for smokers and cool pictures…haha 

but it is more than I thought I would spend on a venue..thats for sure. Dinner is going to be 50pp or more and alcohol I am providing on my own to a licensed bartender that will cost me 600 to tend bar. <br /><br />*le sigh*

18000 it a mansion that’s ours for the day includes ceremony, cocktail hour,  4 hr reception,  food, cake, and open bar.

Venue for our vow renewal is $5,000 it does not include anything but the venue rental fee.

party rental, catering etc is all separate.

Our ceremony venue was $80 + $80 deposit which we get back providing we leave it the same way we entered [clean, no trash, furniture moved back to where it was, doors/windows closed, ect]

The reception space is costing us $375 for the day of, and day before for set up. It comes with chairs, tables, 2 bathrooms [men & womens], and a bar/kitchen area. [And a few storage areas and coat storage, which I love], but it’s completely bare bones and we have to bring in ALL decor, food, music, alcohol, everything.

We are having an outdoor wedding for 75-100 people with the ceremony and reception at the same place. We get the venue for 3 days, and it includes tables, chairs, some help with set up, linens, tent with electric set up, sound system, indoor pavillion, a cocktail boat cruise, and boat shuttles on the Wisconsin River. Total cost – $3000. We were really lucky to find it! It doesn’t include any food though, and we’re budgeting about $2000 on that.

My venue is $1200 for 9 hours at a community center. It includes tables, chairs, insurance, and their employees overseeing the set up and breakdown.

Ours is $4000 for the venue. It’s a B&B with 4 rooms (so our bridal party is staying with us). We have it from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning, basically run of the 33-acre foothill property. There’s a pool with an outdoor poolhouse and a BBQ. We get to have our rehearsal dinner there the night before, included in this cost. Tables and chairs are also included.
