Hustling my a** off, I think my wedding will come in at 5000, including dress, makeup, etc. It’s a small wedding (30 people) but is in DC. Because our wedding is small the ceremony will be in a historic house while the reception will be in a bomb airbnb carriage house. I AM EXCITED.

My grandparents are paying. We came up with a self-imposed rough budget of about $40,000, which we immediately blew on the venue. We will end up paying closer to $50-55k. It’s the tax that keeps killing us on everything! Sometimes when I think about how much we’re spending it makes me absolutely sick to my stomach.

My budget is 7000 not including the ring and honeymoon, which is actually about average for where I live in North Carolina.

I think we will come in around £10000, which seems to be around $14000? That is everything plus a 2 week holiday (destination wedding), im pretty happy to have got what we have for that amount.

We ended up spending around 50k for a little under 200 people. (Not including honeymoon or rings) Our wedding was a gorgeous day, but looking back I would have tried to cut it down to 35 and saved that extra 15k. I’m sure it still would have been beautiful. It goes by so very fast and afterwards i was like, holy crap, we spent that much money for 6 hours? Lol.

There was no option for below $5000. We did a planned elopement in a garden. Only 6 guests.  Cost of $400 for officiant, venue, bridal changing room and pics. If I include the dress, rings and all other wedding asessories about $1200 total, honeymoon not included. Parents paid for dinner right after and then hosted a BBQ bash later for other family and friends.

Less than $5000, but not my much. We’re doing a planned elopement with two other guests for two nights. We’ve already omitted a lot (professional photographer, makeup, hair, flowers, venue (it’s free, included in our accommodation), etc.) but it’s still proving to be really expensive. It’s $750 just for the officiant/legalities…! Honeymoon (for now) will be a minimoon, a few nights in a Spanish city we like, rings will be cheap. So all in probably just over $5000.

oneinamillion :  Our’s will be under 4,000, way under with a lot of DIY projects, help from friends and family.  Tight budget but I know our wedding day is going to be awesome.
