Mine was $300, but really poorly set.  I hate it.  🙂  I think your budget is feasible.

I think the main determining factors are:

    – what metal?

    – width?

    – any diamonds?

Mine came with my engagement ring, but to buy it seperately would only be about $275. We’ll probably buy another one because the un-even-ness (with the wedding band only being on one side of the halo) will drive me crazy so I checked into it.

ETA: It’s a half-eternity band in white gold with 13 pave diamonds.

Mine hasn’t been ordered yet, but the jeweler said it will be about $2,000.  It has to be made to match the engagement ring (since that was also made).  I’m hoping to go this month and get the process started to get my wedding band made.  FI’s wedding band cost $1,850.

Mine was just under $400.  It’s 2mm with no diamonds, but it is 19k gold so it was pricier.  My husband was kicking himself for not going with 14k when he figured out how much cheaper my rings would have been!

    @froydis:

Agreed a 100%. It’s not just price but what you are getting for it.

White gold vs yellow gold vs palladium vs platinum all have huge price difference.

Diamonds vs no diamonds vs how many vs how it’s set vs still all the 3 Cs all change the price point.

What kind of wedding band are you hoping to get?

Mine came as a set, but the entire set was $1,500 so I’m guessing under $500.

I’m getting both a plain band and a 3/4 eternity band (both 18k yellow gold). Both together will cost about $800.

mine is 14Kwhite gold chanel set half eternity with .5 carat round and princess cut diamonds. I got it from zales and it was about $550 on sale but then we added the protection plan so it went up to just over $600

I think mine was $100. It’s just a simple, plain white gold ring that we engraved.

Mine was 400 – the matching band to my ering was 1200 for eternity and 800 for halfway – i didnt want Darling Husband to spend more than he already had so i made them find me something around the 400 dollar mark that matched my ering – his was about 500 bucks.

Mine was $600, platinum, custom made to match my e-ring and engraved. It has 6 small diamonds which I had from some family jewelry but he said to add similar diamonds each would cost $75. DH’S platinum ring was $1000 so I feel like mine was a bargain.

Mine was normally $400, but we got a great deal and it will cost us about $140.  FI’s will be almost $200, again a great deal.
