Hey ladies, I’m just home and bored on a sunday afternoon. So I’m making a random post and I’m curious to how much everyone spent on their dress or how much you are planning to spend.
Post a pic and cost and designer of your dress
Just for fun!

Mine was 1800 (no sales tax on it) just for the dress, and with alterations it will probably be around 2200

Mine was $750 for the dress, then there were taxes, then $25 for alterations (all I needed was a bustle). Alfred Angelo dress, I can’t remember the style number.

$250 + $130 for alterations, so around $400 including tax. Jasmine Bridals from Running of the Brides.

I bought my Maggie second-hand for $900. The bride I got it from originally wanted $1000 for it, but I talked her down a bit. It had already been cleaned, and didn’t need alterations, so it was quite a good deal.

I was planning on spending only $500 but I found this dress and couldn’t walk away from it, so I spent $771 and alterations will probably be about $100. I should feel lucky because I know the store owner and she gave me a discount 🙂

$1600 for a sample sale, my beautiful Marlowe by Leanne Marshall <3 (model pic; I had the fringe on top of the bodice removed)
It was definitely more than I expected to spend, but I’d originally planned to buy a vintage dress

Mine was Casablanca, I think around $1200 before alterations and all that and not including the belt.

Mine was a little over $1600 with tax – still haven’t done the alterations. I got it at a sample sale and saved a bundle!

Just under $1000… I paid a little over $1000 including tax and shipping. It’s not in yet, so don’t know what alterations will be!
