I’m in New York.  20 k for the venue (food, drinks, cake), 3500 for the photographer and videographer,  2500 for the band,  900 for the trolley, 600 for the harpest, 150 for the organist, I’m guessing it’s going to come to about 2 k for the center pieces and flowers,  and then another 1000 for invitations.

Thats not including our honeymoon, rings or he rehearsal dinner. Hopefully I didn’t forget anything!

Unique717:  We were hoping to spend around 25k, but realistically it will be around 30-35k (80-100 person wedding). Honeymoon budget looks like it will be approx 25k. I live in Toronto, Canada.

I wanted to spend around $10k but we spent around $15k, because we decided to hire a day of coordinator, DJ instead of an iPod, and flowers instead of DIY.

SLOBee:  Good for you! I was dead-set on DIYing so much of my wedding but am starting to realize that the time I would spend on some of these details are just. not. worth. it! I love to do crafts, but honestly– paper flowers and other things are just not my favorite thing to do!

lightchaser:  I didn’t hire the florist until 30 days before the wedding! I just could not deal anymore. So glad I hired her!

I live in Los Angeles and we’re budgeted 40k for 130 guests. It doesn’t include the honeymoon but hopefully everything else. when creating the budget I did a lot of research but still kept a 5k “cushion” because I refuse to spend more than 40k. It actually worked out great because I had forgotten things like paying for the rehearsal dinner, and I’ve been able to get some extra things that came up, like instead of renting a tux we’re spending a $100 more to buy a suit for my Darling Husband, I’m upgrading my engagement ring band, etc. So far, I’m 5 weeks away from the wedding have gotten almost everything worked out and I’m at about 36k. I think we’ll end up coming under budget!

Unique717: The budget is 4,000, but we’re at 4,300 right now. However, we’re 3 months away from the wedding and almost everything is paid for. My max is 4,500, it’s a small 65 person wedding, and it’s in Austin, Texas. This doesn’t include the honeymoon or rehearsal dinner, which my future in laws are graciously paying for. 🙂

Aussie bee here!

Our budget is $8500 USD and it looks like we’ll end up being pretty close to that! Not including rings or the honeymoon, which will be $4-5k…. curse only being able to travel during the Christmas period!!!!

We were hoping for ~10k but it’s looking more like ~12k. Not bad! Northern Michigan, private residence.

I originally wanted to aim for 15k but we will sit right at 30k when all is said and done. Makes me sick!! I’m from the Midwest and we will host ~300 people. This does not include the honeymoon

Realistically were probably going to be close to $45k once it’s all said and done, maybe even $50k. Wedding is in Providence, RI on New Years Eve (12-31-17).
