My BMs all got different style short dresses from DB in malibu… They spent I think 60-120 depending on the style they chose! But I didn’t want to ask them to buy dresses at all (just wear anything remotely blue and short) until they and my mom and aunt pressured me into picking a color at DB so they at least matched by color… Worked out well – everyone has totally different syles but they are all the same length and color, I think it’ll look really fun on all together!

I got my BMs dresses on Cyber Monday from J. Crew with 20% off for a total of $59 after taxes for each dress! Since in my culture the brides typically pay for the attendant’s clothing and jewelry I was so happy to catch the deal. =) The dress looks black here, but its actually a dark brown and so pretty in person.

My Maid/Matron of Honor will be wearing this dress which was about $60 from Nordstrom’s:

My dresses are all slightly different, and are all about $90.

These are my dresses, which the girls will wear with either a dark purple or a red crinolin under, and a belt that I’m giving them (I haven’t decided what it will look like yet, but it will probably be sparkly). We’re doing a vintage feel, since I’m wearing my grandmother’s dress from the 50’s and I like the way they look together. The only dress that isn’t a for sure is the second one, since I’m not 100 percent sold on it, so we’ll see. I’m paying for half their dress, their jewelry and their hair, and letting them where whatever shoes they want.

And my MOH’s dress

This dress was $159 and is meant for a morning summer ceremony. It will cost be an extra $200 to have modified because of the way David’s Bridal structures their dresses it was to be frankensteined to get it to look right as they refused to measure me when I was fitted. http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Elegant-Satin-and-Chiffon-Ball-Gown-F14050_Bridal-Party-Bridesmaids-Long-Bridesmaid-Dresses

This dress is for another wedding in November. It is by Mori Lee, The costs after all taxes and special shipping came to $227. Luckily, the shop does all free alternations. http://www.morilee.com/bridesmaids/bridesmaids/261

@itshouldsnow We are bridesmaid dress twins! ๐Ÿ™‚

Here are a few of my maids, I have 11! Plus my matron of honor. So my 11 girls are wearing this dress in charcoal (Alfred Angelo 7126, $149) and then my matron of honor is choosing a floor length dress that will be in the same fabric and color.

Im only having a Maid/Matron of Honor and she/we picked this dress out- The dress is purple, but the lighting in the store makes it look blue.

@Shaerena:  Where did you get this dress from?  It’s quite similar to what I’m looking for, and the price is great!
