I ended up getting everything I needed for my centerpeices for free, except for the flowers and ribbon, so they ended up costing about $8 a centerpeice. Actual price would probably be about $60 a centerpeice though!

Half of our tables will be floral arrangements inside hallowed out pumpkins. Those will be about $25 each for the arrangement (my parents grow pumpkins, so those are free. SCORE!). We’ll surround the arrangement with votives, so in total those tables will cost about $30 each. The other tables will be varying apothecary jars filled with gourds. Again, the gourds are free and I’ve done a pretty good job of scoring the jars at garage sales for cheap (so far I have 3 and I paid a whopping buck each!). Those will be surrounded with votives as well. I estimate those centerpieces to cost about $6-$7 each. I normally wouldn’t spend so much on the floral centerpieces but since the other tables are so cheap, I figured we could splurge a little. We also only have 10 tables so in total our centerpieces will cost us about $180 which is $70 under our initial budget!

I was originally going to skip the centerpieces and decided last minute to put something together.  I bought chargers in my main wedding color ($30), a box of drinking glasses ($8), votive candles that my mom bought at a yard sale a year before for about .25 each, and 100 ivory fake flowers from another bee ($40).  I used the ribbon I had from other projects to create this

They ended up costing about $6 each.  They are very simple, but once we placed the matches and favor boxes on them I think they looked pretty good considering there weren’t going to be any at all.

Mine is 150 each for 8 table. I know it’s expensive, but out of all the florists I selected and Fiancee likes that particular florist.

Half of mine cost $85 each, and the other half cost $150 each because I did a mixture of high and low centerpieces, with calla lillies, orchids, tiger lillies, and hydrangeas.

I am getting large glass jars that vary from places like TJ Maxx and Tuesday Morning which are costing betwen $10 and $20 and we are filling them with cookies and then we are having framed table names. We got the frames at IKEA for $4 each so not that bad.

We paid our florist $50/centerpiece and I supplied the teapots which ranged from $5-10 each.

@bakerella: love the tea pots, we used them too!.  I’m not exactly sure how much mine cost.  All flowers for our wedding were just over 400 (bouquets, bouts, alter arrangements etc.) so I’d say they were $12-15 each maybe?  Teapots were collected from family member’s collections.

we splurged on CPs and they were about 325 each.  but they made the room look amazing, so we have no regrets spending that much.  i actually just posted a pic of them in the gallery but here’s another one.
