Just curious what the average wedding cost is here on the BEE. I know there are many variables to this, which you can list in comments, but I’m just curious. 🙂
Note: All wedding, attire, accessories, rings, travel costs, etc. included. Not including honeymoon.

Ours was right above $25,000 for 210 guests with full open bar all night in Milwaukee, WI. Any other variables I should add?

around 15,000 for 70 guests with open bar in burlington, ontario.

Our was about 4K, not including my e-ring or my dress (which was a gift)

We’re at about 15K for 50 guests in Rochester, Michigan.
With our travel from NYC to MI, attire, makeup/hair, hotel stay it brings us up to 18k

- Wedding: May 2013 - Walt Disney World
Our wedding was probably just over $30,000 (haven’t calculated all the costs yet, roughly at $25,000 for all wedding day and rehearsal events). We were married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion in Orlando, Florida and had our wedding reception at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (next door to wedding pavilion). We had around 75 guests, buffet dinner, 3-tier wedding cake (with additional sheet cake in the kitchen), photographer, videographer, photo booth, video chatterbox, open bar; floral and decor were provided by Disney but we rented chiavari chairs, charger plates, and uplighting from an outside company. DJ package was $1500. Our bridal party was 4 BM/4 GM/1 FG.

Probably less than $2K. We eloped. 🙂

around 65K for 95 guests.

between 8,000-9000 for 150 people.
We’re looking at 20k for about 150 guests (including dress and rings)

@HappinessIsInDaisies: $35k at the current exchange rate if you include the rings, or $30k if you don’t.
That’s for 59 for the day, and around 100 for the evening, and doesn’t include a fully-open bar.

- Wedding: August 2013 - Rocky Mountains USA
A little over 15k for 160ish guests, including everything but the honeymoon and e-ring – only wine and beer, but also a welcome dinner for everyone the night before.

About $6000 for 50 guests, honeymoon and rehearsal dinner not included.
Just under $12k for 50 guests for welcome dinner (hosted beer/wine only), ceremony and reception (50 guests, cocktail hour & full open bar) and thank you brunch (hosted mimosas, sangria, etc). I think the actual wedding cost just under $10k (tax, gratuity, rings, etc), but our moms helped with the welcome dinner and the brunch.

@HappinessIsInDaisies: Our wedding is costing us over $40K. A lot of people would say its foolish because it can be put towards a house, but this is something we both wanted and we had a lot of help from my mom. She is paying for the bulk of it which is the catering hall. We paid for everything else, DJ, Florist, Photographer/Videographer/WEdding dress/Tuxedo etc.
