I made mine! It sucked and was a pain in the butt. However, I am a wanna be crafty person who unfortunatly is NOT. 🙁 I had some for the boys but all honored guests got them too…I spent $10 total for all supplies (for like 12 of them). Time spent was about 3 hours. I used leftover material that I had purchased for the wedding that was not used and went out and bought a glue gun.

They kinda sucked but they worked. I did get compliments but I was not impressed though. But, it was an afterthought, something the day before that Mother-In-Law said WAS ABSOLUTELY NEEDED! UGH.

Mother-In-Law and my mom got nice ones made at the store with real flowers and those were like $20…ridiculous…

$15 each. They had peacock feathers, green mums, and hypericum berries in them.

My DH’s was $22 or something like that and it had a peacock feather, a black calla lilly, and hypericum berries.

I’m making my own. I am using dried craspedia (Billy balls) and greenery from around my house. About 35heads (I bunch) of dried craspedia was $7. That’s enough for my bouts and most centerpieces.

$4 sounds like a great deal!  I think ours are about $15 for the groomsmen and ushers and $20 for the grooms.  I’m not creative or talented enough to make them myself though.

I just got a quote for $16 each….I think it’s ridiculous and probably not going with that florist. someone else quoted me $7. I think florists should immediately explain what type of lower they’re going to use, for comparison.

I paid $15 a piece – ours were mini(baby) succulents with pink flowers. I wouldn’t DIY bouts or bouquets. Leave those to the pros. One less thing to worry about IMO.
