Ugh. Too much. Venue $3800 but catering $16000 for 120 people. That’s including tax, staff, gratuity, barternders etc, but it doesn’t even include liquor! I wanted to opt for a cheaper caterer but my parents graciously said they’d pay for it because they want high quality food. We’re in Vancouver BC

wedding2017:  I went to a wedding in March of last year at 2640 Space. It was very unique, but a little bit run down for my taste. However, this may have changed in the last year. My friends who had their wedding loved it and said they were very easy to work with (few restrictions). Plus, you are supporting a good cause.

homebridey:  Pen Ryn Mansion on the Delaware in Bensalem PA

They actually have 2 buildings on site – the Mansion (Pen Ryn) and the Bel Voir Manor.  They are on the same property and both equally nice.  However, the Mansion has more of a historical feel (it is, afterall, a historical building lol).

I am working with Brianne, and she is great!  All I can say is I cannot wait until April 2018.

About $20,000 in Center City Philadelphia; the venue rental is $3,400. This includes rental cost of ceremony chairs, tablecloths, and china/glassware. Open bar is another $3,000. This for about 110 or so people.

Our downtown venue with catering and bar included is about $155 per person. So for us the total for the venue, food, drinks, catering/bar staff, all tables, linens, etc. will be about $27k.

Venue is $4250, including coordinator, tables, chairs, linens, 3-day rental & set-up.

Catering is looking at $30-32/person, and I am expecting around 60 people (~2,000)

Other misc rentals are around $1,200.

So around $7,500, and I am near Charlottesville, VA!

Our venue is $100/person, food included. There is no venue rental fee or anything like that.
