wedding2017: We’re using Bowling Green Country Club! It’s in Front Royal. They do their own catering so that’s all in-house. And still cheaper than any other caterer I’ve gotten quotes from!

Our venue is $1600 and our caterer is going to be $2100 for 45 people (heavy appitizers, wait attendants, tea and water, and setup / cleanup) Our wedding planner contracted a bartender for us as well as linens, setup and cleanup and an open bar which was another $2200. Our two cakes are $400. We’re in Oklahoma City 🙂

- Wedding: May 2016 - Ancaster Mill
My now husband and I had our wedding at the beautiful Ancaster Mill in Ancaster Ontario on May 28, 2016. We knew going in that this place was going to be a higher expense than most places around due to its great service, location, quality of food (the food is to die for) and just how beautiful the venue is! We had our ceremony and reception at the Mill, and we chose a more premium service which included hot and cold hours d’ ouvres, coctail hour, appetizers, unlimited white and red wine, reception dinner (option of 4),(linens, dinnerware, servers, chairs, tables, cake/knife set, etc), open bar, the venue (chapel fees, officiant cost,reception room fees, cake cutting fee) plus all taxes and gratuities for $12,500- so it was a large chunk of our $21,500 wedding total- but we fell in love with the place instantly and knew we wouldn’t find any other place quite like it!

- Wedding: September 2017 - Poppy Ridge Golf Course
Sep 12, 2017. Clubhouse at Boundary Oak in Walnut Creek, CA. ceremony/reception/food & drinks/40 guests = $5,572 after service charges and fees. Easier to post a pic of whats included than type it out. 🙂 Our wedding is on a Tuesday evening. (date is significant) Friday/Saturday would have been $13,046 total. Love this venue! Signing the contract next Tuesday.

Venue is a small palace (Schloss Glienicke in Berlin) with restaurant, so total about 15k for venue, catering and drinks.
The rest (decorations, flowers, wedding cake, etc) will probably also cost 15k. So total 30k€

Australia – our venue costs $750 + $111pp. So $9630 for 80 people. Includes venue from 6pm-midnight, 3 course meal, beer and wine, tables and crockery etc.
