27, Ireland, ~$94k if I’m converting right plus fairly shiny benefits working as a software developer. I am however going back to college (PhD) in a few months, so that will drop to ~20k with the benefit of getting to do research πŸ™‚ once that’s finished I’m unlikely to take a job posting less than ~140k because tech jobs are stupidly overpaid here.

MeandMyLouboutins:  I really don’t know – I just stumbled there browsing wedding stuff on FB. They steal a lot from WB, it seems, and try to associate themselves with WB. Seems extremely shady!

    31, Manchester UK, Web Developer, £23,500 ($33,180)

Extremely low compared to what others are on in this industry, esp if you compare it to what web developers make over in America. Actively looking for a new job…

23, Victoria/Australia, and about $16,000 AUD per year as a part time teacher’s aide (combined with two other casual jobs on the side), but I’m also a full time student. Thankfully I am graduating soon.

When I graduate and become a teacher (assuming to get a full-time job) I’m hoping to get bumped up to about $60,000 AUD per year or whatever the Victorian Government has changed it to.

I personally make a little more than  30k/year on my own as a retail manager.

31, London UK. At the moment I’m working part time outside of my regular field and I earn about £9,500 ($13,400). I should be working as a nurse at the end of the year and earning £22,000 ($31,000). Nurses in the UK are paid terribly. We’re also very understaffed and at times it feels like rather a dangerous job.

MeandMyLouboutins: It was a strange site, but many of WeddingBee’s post and images were used, not just mine. I found it strange that Gangstarr would shred me on this board for expressing a differing opinion in a respectful way, dog me for pages rather than sticking to the topic she claimed was so important,, etc.

Then she sends me a strange message of “Fake concern” privately about my ring pic when the Site had lifted tons of images from dozens of other users on WeddingBee.

I still find it bizarre and her motives were anything but nice, including flagging me for “snark”…which is just so rich, I can only smile. So yeah, “thank you” aren’t exactly the words that come to mind here.

30, $65k as a Business Analyst (software fields) in Michigan. Brand new at my job title and niche in the software industry so I’m crapping my pants.
