$0! DH and I paid it all off, thank goodness. When I graduated, it was $24,000, and I paid it off at around $1,000 per month.

ABusyBride:  Masters in nursing. I’m a nurse anesthetist.  I had a 4 year degree in something other than nursing, so that includes my first and second bachelors and then the masters.

$0… for now. Once this whole wedding thing is done, my next project is studying for the GRE.

$0 (and it was one of the best moments in my life to see that balance haha). I had about $100k after graduating law school and paid it off in just under 2 years.

I’m at $0, Fiance was at 120K but is down to 30k after about 2 years.  I may get a little more (going back to school for my BSN, I was a business student and I’ve been in the workforce about 4 years), but Fiance and I will likely be able to cash flow.

We probably won’t buy a house or anything for a while because I want to cash flow, but I don’t want student loan debt. Ever.

I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in May 2015 with $20,000. Now I have just under $13,000 and he has $25,000. I bought $1,000 worth of stock in 2008 with the money I made from working a part time job in high school and it increased in value by about 10x since then, so I was able to put $3,000 in savings and pay off $7,000 of loans when I cashed out. Hoping to knock out all of that debt while I’m in graduate school (Ph.D. program with generous stipend + his engineering job).

I have about $350,000. 4 years out-of-state for dental school and 20k for undergrad (state school). By the way, my in-state dental school would’ve cost me about $320,000. I’m looking into loan repayment options (public health, teaching at the dental school, army reserves, etc.) Dental/medical/law school is just ridiculously expensive. I’m doing a residency and hopefully when I’m done I’ll have a starting salary of around 175k-225k.

Currently, I owe $930 in student loans (originally $11,500). I want to finish my masters degree (previous employer paid for 5 classes), but I don’t really want to spend the money. I am torn because I got my dream position as an Executive Director without a masters degree, but still want to pursue one.

DH got his undergrad paid through sholarships, but owes around $20,300 for his masters degree (originally $28,000).

We currenly overpay on our minimums and are aiming to knock them out in a year.

When I finish my course this year my debt will be around $40k…. I think it will be around $80k when I’m done with Honours and my Masters
