Better yet — any freinds or family with a sewing machine could change the new hem in a half hour. Of course, considering that it can’t be too expensive to pay professional.

Cute dress! I like the short idea… I’d say call around to a few alteration places near you and see what they’d charge. I don’t think we’d be able to give you a good idea… But I got an Alfred Angelo Bridesmaid or Best Man dress shortened for around $30 bucks so I could wear it again.

Try Chris o Hare in Quincy, one of my BMs had her dress taken in a few sizes and it was $10.
