Height/weight: 5’0/ 117lbs
Amount/type of exercise per week: does going up and down the stairs a few times a day count? LOL… I did weight watchers & exercised about 2x per week from August through April and lost about 35lbs. I would do a lot of cardio and mix in weight training. Then I got lazy, and I havent been to the gym in about a month.
Are you losing/maintaining/putting on weight (in reality and your goals): At this point, I’m trying to maintain… but I am hoping to get my going to the gym motivation back because I would like to tone up a bit before the wedding.
Think it’s partly individual. While the theme seems to be that diet is more important than exercise, I personally cannot lose without exercise.
