$89/year for just my ering with Perfect Circle.

They offer a small discount if you own a safe or if your diamonds have a Gemprint Report.

I think were paying 240-250/year for my ering. Our wedding bands will probably add an extra 40.00/year.

My e-ring insurance is a little over $200/year w/ Jeweler’s Mutual.  My wedding band just came in, so will have to add that to my insurance ASAP, and hoping it won’t be more than another $40/year.

My e-ring (which is pretty modest) insurance, through Jeweler’s Mutal was $37 for the year (but I live in a super safe area, so maybe that makes a difference?)

We did ours thru Mr TTR’s home owner’s policy… as a rider.  Believe he said it was $ 225 per year (basically the same amount that an independent Jewellery Insurance policy wanted… and we too are covered for anything and everything at replacement value).  Certainly gives us an element towards peace of mind.

Just me e-ring is insured right now and it’s $37 per year through Perfect Circle. I think that’s quite reasonable and the ring is safe worldwide which is awesome!

@Swizzle:  I think it really depends on where you live and the value you have on your rings. I have $15000 coverage on my set. I had them add on tax to my appraisal (alot dont think about the tax being added on in Canada) so if something happens to them I can go and purchase a new set and not have to worry about paying the tax seperately.

@GelaMac:  40 per month… Ie 480 a year??? That seems really high!

For my diamind on a plain band (haven’t insured thefella setting yet as it’s still being made) its about $120 a year (appraised value is approx 14K)

It’s $25/year for my engagement ring.  We haven’t insured my wedding band yet because it’s at my dad’s house until we get married.

We paid $200/year for mine which I thought was a steal! Shop around – check out jeweler’s mutual to see if the rate is any better than your homeowners insurnace!

For my engagement ring, two wedding band’s and Dh’s wedding band, it’s $80/yr with Perfect Circle (Jewelers Mutual).
