    I don’t have any tattoos, but my fiance has a ton.  He just got his arm partially sleeved a couple months ago by an artist that is ranked in the top 50 (in the world) for portrait tattoos.  She only charged him $600 for a full day (8hrs) of work, but I think that was way too good of a deal for what he got.  I’d say $100 an hour is more average.

    It really depends on what the artwork is. How much color and time it would take… as well as size. Fiance had entire top arm done like a sleeve and I believe it was around 900-1200.
