I’m spending about $400 for flowers.  That includes real and silk flowers.  We decided to make the centerpieces with real flowers and the bouquet with silk flowers. Our total wedding budget is 20K.

1.  Less than $200.00  making the bouquets with silk flowers – no flowers at reception.

2. our budget is $15,000

I absolutely couldn’t justify spending money on real flowers.  I don’t know why.  It’s one of those things with me. Wink

We spent $160 on bulk roses from Sam’s club and $175 for our coordinator to set up the arrangements. We also bought all of the mirrors, glassware, candles, rocks, etc. so if you include that it was an additional $250 or so. Our entire budget ended up around $17000.

ETA: Ours were semi-DIY since we did not have a florist, but my DOC was the one who actually made the bouquets, bouts, and centerpiece arrangements.

We spent about $3100 with no bridal party, flowers for parents, and wedding archway. This includes labor.

Our overall wedding budget was probably around $35000 (give or take a $1k or so) and that excludes rings and honeymoon.

We are spending a whole $80. We found a lady at our local farmers market that has gorgeous flowers and she is charging me $7.00 per bouquet and centerpiece (same that she charges at the farmers market). Our full wedding budget is $18,000- $20,000ish

@inky_1:  yep – we are DIYing.  And Fiance is surprisingly good at it!  He basically made my bouquet.    We just have to finish everything up this month.

@inky_1:  Yes, I’m DIY bouquets and centerpieces.  The bouquets are done already and the centerpieces we’re doing the morning of.

We are spending about $4,000 w/ labor on our flowers. Half of which goes to decorating our gazebo. I love flowers! We don’t have a set budget I guess but if I had to add it all up from the dress to the cake cutting fee I’d guess around $30,000 give or take for our weddingmoon.

$300.  Total budget…around $3k?  I think?  Based on the rest of the location and whatnot the flowers will be quite noticably beautiful, which is what I wanted. Nothing says BOOM you’re at a kick ass party like flowers.  🙂

Oh and I am a DIY bride.

We spent about $350 for flowers and spent about $11,000 (catering, beverages, rentals, decorations – not rings or clothing).
